In this installment of the Wisdom Keepers series, I had the honor of sitting down with spiritual teacher, astrologer, and dream expert Dr. Michael Lennox for a rich conversation exploring dreams, astrology, and the deeper architecture of the human psyche.

Michael brings a rare synthesis of psychological training, intuitive perception, and decades of teaching about the symbolic language that shapes our inner lives. In our conversation, we explore the powerful role that dreams, astrology, and embodied awareness can play in helping us navigate this extraordinary moment of collective transition.

Dr. Michael Lennox is a psychologist, astrologer, and internationally recognized expert on dreams and dream interpretation. He has appeared on numerous television programs, beginning with the Sci Fi Network’s The Dream Team, and has also been featured on NBC’s Emmy award-winning Starting Over, Soap Talk, The Wayne Brady Show, and many other national television and radio programs. His radio appearances discussing the power of dreams number in the hundreds.

He is the author of four books on dreams, including Dream Sight: A Dictionary & Guide for Interpreting Any Dream, Llewellyn’s Complete Dream Dictionary, Llewellyn’s Little Book of Dreams, and most recently, Psychic Dreamer.

Dr. Lennox is also the host of the Conscious Embodiment Podcast, where he explores weekly astrological themes and helps listeners decode the messages within their dreams. He teaches classes on shadow work, spiritual practice, astrology, and self-inquiry through his worldwide practice based in Southern California.
