Multidimensional Transmissions

Dimensions of Winter Peace

Sara Vatore Episode 52

In this solo transmission, we celebrate the two-year anniversary of the podcast! Thank you so much for being here, whether you have been tuning in since the beginning, or you’re just joining us in this space. This episode comes out a few days before Winter Solstice, which feels so fitting—a time potent for reflection, celebration, and honoring our journey so far. Two years ago, on the Winter Solstice, this podcast was born, and with the release of this episode, we light a celebration candle and take a moment to honor the stories, wisdom, and connections this podcast has brought into the world this year.

December’s support energy is guided by Dove Spirit, a reminder for us all to embody peace and stillness throughout the month. This message feels especially meaningful right now as we move deeper into Winter time. In this transmission, I’m diving into what it means to cultivate peace—not just as a concept but as something we practice in our daily lives. It’s not about doing more but about orienting towards BEING—being present, being compassionate, and being open to receive.

I share some personal practices that help me tap into this energy of peace, like connecting with nature, noticing synchronicities, and creating space to fully feel and express emotions.

I also dive into the importance of community and support. Whether it’s leaning on trusted friends, connecting with spiritual guides, or finding solace in the natural world, peace often grows when we remember we’re not alone.

With the holidays just around the corner, I hope this episode serves as a gentle nudge to slow down, reflect, and bring that sense of peace into all your interactions.  Tune in to hear more.
